Clearwater Living is looking for a part-time Payroll Clerk to maintain the integrity of the payroll system and process.

In Short

• Part-time Payroll Clerk position available.
• Maintains payroll systems data and master team member records.
• Assists in processing bi-weekly company payroll.
• Ensures proper use of payroll procedures.
• Prepares payroll data presentations and reports.
• Provides guidance on payroll-related topics.
• May perform HR Generalist duties.
• Requires knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 7+ years of payroll process experience required.

Requirements

• Knowledge and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience in Senior Living is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Payroll Certification (CPP or FPC) is a plus.
• 7+ years in payroll process experience.
• Experience with a multi-site/multi-state organization is a must.
