Overview

An IT Specialist at Grant Street Group will utilize and enhance technical skills to support the business and customers across the country while ensuring the security of critical information and systems.

In Short

• Support staff via Slack and JIRA, troubleshooting complex issues with various systems.
• Administer identity and access services including Okta and Active Directory.
• Contribute to IT projects involving tool implementations and platform migrations.
• Design and maintain scripts and automations to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with Security and HR on initiatives like MFA improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation and runbooks for internal services.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and/or Linux systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint management for devices.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting.
• Comfort with ticketing and documentation systems.
• A security-first mindset in IT practices.
• Ability to balance support work and project work effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
