Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As an Implementation Specialist, your top priority is to lead our customers through the technical steps required in a Salesforce system migration.

In Short

• Lead customers through Salesforce system migration.
• Understand business requirements and processes.
• Document and communicate design for successful transitions.
• Demo existing product functionality and configure the product.
• Build custom solutions and manage environments.
• Collaborate with project team members.
• Make business process improvement recommendations.
• Analyze, transform, and load data.
• Travel to clients within Canada and the US.
• Support clients after go-lives.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years technology, consulting and/or internal technology management experience.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration and integrated 3rd party products.
• Technical or process design acumen.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Effective independent time management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Billing, Finance, Accounting, and Payments is a plus.
• Experience with Conga or SDocs is a plus.
