Overview

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Solution Engineer, your top priority is to support our pre-sales and engagement teams to assist customers and lead strategies to bring innovative solutions that map Salesforce and Traction Rec solutions to meet customer needs, support the sales cycle, set client expectations on future state, and set up the customer for long term success.

  • Support pre-sales and engagement teams.
  • Assist customers in managing change and evolving business processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, services, support, and sales teams.
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover customer goals.
  • Design tailored technical and business solutions.
  • Define technical requirements during the sales process.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Enhance presales processes for accuracy and scalability.
  • Travel within Canada and the US as required.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and matching business requirements to technology solutions.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to drive conversations with C-level executives.
  • Project or program management experience is an asset.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven decision-making ability.
  • Experience in nonprofit or community centers is a bonus.
