Overview

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Account Executive, you will be working with community organizations to help them leverage Traction Rec to achieve their vision of success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years in client-facing B2B sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Track record of successful quota achievement.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for working with nonprofit organizations.
  • Experience or interest in CRM technology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in account planning and engagement strategies.
