Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Customer Engagement Specialist your top priority is to support our customers during evaluation, implementation and long term adoption of Traction Rec and Salesforce technologies.

In Short

  • Support customers during evaluation and implementation of Traction Rec and Salesforce.
  • Assist customers in managing change and maximizing technology investment.
  • Work cross-functionally with professional services, support, and sales teams.
  • Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Drive successful product adoption and growth.
  • Identify and address account obstacles through best practices.
  • Become a trusted advisor for new and existing clients.
  • Implement performance criteria to measure client health and success.
  • Partner with sales teams to manage renewal processes.
  • Travel to clients in Canada and the US as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry experience in nonprofit or relevant industries.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to match technology solutions to business value.
  • History of managing technology platforms or acting as internal product owner of CRM tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills.
  • Ability to make informed and effective decisions independently.
