Overview

The Customer Engagement Specialist will handle all communications with customers, providing excellent support and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.

In Short

  • Handle communications with customers ranging from teachers to district admins.
  • Provide excellent customer service via email, tickets, and phone.
  • Work with the development team to resolve customer issues.
  • Occasional travel to meet customers and attend trade shows.
  • Maintain knowledge of TypingClub and other edclub products.
  • Document and track issues in the software.
  • Provide training and documentation for trending issues.
  • Assist in improving software quality by providing feedback.
  • Coordinate with other teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Help with logistics and setup of trade shows.

Requirements

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to speak with confidence and energy over the phone.
  • Excellent virtual presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
  • Telephone skills for fielding calls and requests from customers.
  • Ability to type 50 WPM or more.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
