Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

LayerX is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our Customer-facing Departments. This role will be responsible for streamlining, automating, and optimizing the operational processes that enable our customer-facing teams to drive high-impact, scalable customer outcomes.

In Short

• Lead the technical aspects of customer onboarding and product implementation.
• Work with customers to configure, integrate, and customize the product.
• Develop onboarding materials and training documentation.
• Optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and automate tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Provide support and training to customer success team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or operations.
• A customer-first mentality with troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of API integrations and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with software deployment procedures.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
