Marketing Manager - LATAM - Remote

Overview

As the LATAM Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies to grow our market share and revenue across Spanish-speaking markets.

• Develop a strong understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across various platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Latin America.
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including region-specific channel dynamics.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
