Marketing Manager - LATAM - Remote

Overview

Rain is hiring a Marketing Manager — LATAM to localize and scale our go-to-market across Latin & South America. You’ll be the region’s first dedicated marketer, collaborating with BD and Global Marketing (NYC) to grow Rain’s partnerships with scaled crypto apps, neobanks, fintechs, and regional banks.

In Short

• Build the LATAM marketing plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
• Partner with BD leadership to refine ICPs and named account lists.
• Design co-marketing with strategic partners.
• Translate and adapt messaging for local buyers.
• Produce market-specific explainers and customer stories.
• Own LATAM event strategy and drive measurable ROI.
• Coordinate regional PR/earned moments with HQ comms.
• Be accountable for pipeline influence in-region.
• Build regional sales decks and case studies.
• Source and manage regional specialists.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in B2B marketing, with experience in LATAM fintech.
• Strong grasp of ABM and marketing KPIs.
• Can translate technical concepts into clear value.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• Thrives in cross-functional partnerships.
• Practical fluency with CRM/marketing automation.
• Based in LATAM or willing to travel to the region.
