We’re AMBOSS and we’re searching for a HubSpot Specialist to be a core driver of our CRM excellence.

In Short

• Support Portal Governance as an administrator for HubSpot.
• Execute the Roadmap by partnering with teams to build workflows and automated sequences.
• Manage Independent Projects from scoping to implementation.
• Streamline Operations through data-driven portal audits.
• Enable the Team by delivering training and documentation.
• Bridge the Departments to identify new use cases for HubSpot.
• Master the Data Flow by managing system architecture and data integrity.
• Drive Transparency through defined reporting processes.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve by testing new HubSpot features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HubSpot admin experience.
• HubSpot Certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations Hub are a plus.
• Proficiency in Miro and Notion.
• Ability to manage technical projects independently.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
