Overview

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist to oversee the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of HubSpot for new clients, managing various HubSpot hubs to enhance sales and marketing processes.

In Short

  • Lead HubSpot portal setup and customization for new clients.
  • Streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot’s CRM.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze and segment lists for targeted lead nurturing.
  • Configure deal stages and manage sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for client relations.
  • Conduct tests to improve HubSpot processes.
  • Import data into HubSpot CRM and complete data mapping.
  • Segment lists based on email engagement.
  • Analyze results to optimize lead nurturing workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
  • Experience with data migration and list segmentation.
  • Excellent skills in creating marketing content and campaigns.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred).
  • Top-notch organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
