Overview

Wordbank is seeking an experienced HubSpot specialist to audit, optimize, and enhance a HubSpot CRM & marketing setup for a B2B UK client - to provide a clear, full-funnel view of marketing performance and connect it directly to sales/CRM and ROI tracking.

In Short

• Audit & optimize HubSpot CRM setup.
• Build custom dashboards and reports in HubSpot.
• Ensure accurate multi-touch attribution of leads.
• Define and implement clear lifecycle stages in HubSpot.
• Optimize lead scoring and automation for sales handoff.
• Implement attribution modeling for marketing ROI analysis.
• Provide training for the marketing team on new tools.
• Document processes and best practices for reporting.
• Support for 10 to 15 hours per month.
• Work with a B2B UK client.

Requirements

• Experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Knowledge of marketing performance tracking.
• Ability to build dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with lead tracking and lifecycle stages.
• Experience in marketing attribution and ROI analysis.
• Strong communication skills for training.
