We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to own and optimize CRM across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll be the go-to HubSpot expert, ensuring the platform runs like a well-oiled machine, empowering teams to hit goals faster.

In Short

• Administer HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and keep it running at peak performance.
• Build workflows, automations, and lead routing/enrichment to deliver the right data to the right people.
• Configure pipelines, deal stages, and notifications to streamline sales processes.
• Create dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into key KPIs.
• Manage marketing workflows and newsletters, ensuring segmentation, template quality, and deliverability.
• Keep CRM data accurate and lifecycle stages updated.
• Integrate HubSpot with tools like Aircall, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and more.
• Train and onboard team members, enabling them to use HubSpot effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and its various hubs.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and sales processes.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Experience in integrating third-party tools with HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
