Working Student / Part-time Internship in Talent Management & Learning - Remote

Overview

This role is for a motivated and organized Working Student to join the Talent Management team at Fusion Consulting, supporting employee development and engagement initiatives.

In Short

• Support coordination and administration of Talent Management programs.
• Assist in planning learning and development initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Help structure and improve Talent Management processes.
• Support project planning and coordination.
• Prepare presentations and reports for projects.
• Maintain training content and documentation.
• Assist with surveys and feedback processes.
• Research new digital tools and trends in Talent Management.
• Work approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Interest in digital tools and AI solutions.
• Structured and detail-oriented work style.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Very good English skills.
• First experience in HR or project management is a plus.
