As a working student in Talent Management, you will support us in strategically marketing our talents (Miss Germany’s), organizing collaborations, and accompanying the entire process from inquiry to implementation.

In Short

• Support in planning and implementing collaborations with our talents.
• Maintain talent profiles, inquiries, and collaborations in internal tools.
• Assist in communication between talents, brands, and internal teams.
• Identify potential cooperation partners and trends in talent marketing.
• Create and maintain talent presentations and summaries for potential partners.
• Hands-on mentality, ready to assist in various tasks.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Media, Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or similar.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Strong organizational skills and affinity for talent management.
• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Creativity and a sense for branding and marketing.
• Proactive and flexible team player.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools for presentations and project management.
