Working Student: Community & Social Media Management - Remote

Overview

Are you social media-savvy, communicative, and eager to help build a strong community? Then you are in the right place! As a working student, you will play a key role in engaging with our community and supporting our social media team with creative ideas and trend scouting.

In Short

• Community Engagement – Be the voice of our brand on social media! Respond to comments, start discussions, and actively participate in the community.
• Social Listening & Trend Scouting – Identify new trends and bring fresh ideas for our content.
• Copywriting & Interaction – Develop short, catchy texts for posts & comments that excite our community.
• Analysis & Insights – Assist in evaluating community engagement and developing optimization strategies.
• Content Ideas & Creative Concepts – Propose interactive formats that engage and strengthen our community.
• Cross-Platform Management – Support the maintenance and development of our presence on Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn.
• Content Creation – Develop creative content ideas and implement them independently, including shooting and editing videos mainly for Instagram and TikTok.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in media, communication, marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Passion for social media & community management – you are at home on Instagram & TikTok and know how to actively engage a community.
• Strong communication skills & empathy – you can interact authentically with our community and understand their needs.
• Creativity & a sense for digital trends – you recognize viral topics and can derive ideas for our channels from them.
• Structured & independent working style – you can prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team spirit & hands-on mentality – you are flexible, proactive, and enjoy getting involved.
• Experience with social media tools & basic knowledge in content creation (Canva, CapCut, Instagram features, etc. are a plus).
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form – you can implement community interactions safely and error-free.
