In Short

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, bridging the gap between client needs and engineering teams.
• Manage the implementation of Bloq.it’s solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on the solution’s architecture, APIs, and overall functionality.
• Develop and improve processes to streamline delivery, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Support customers post-sales by troubleshooting issues and advising on best practices.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to address client inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.
• Design and present business cases or technical challenges to assess and refine customer-specific processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise, with a proven ability to understand and explain complex systems, including APIs and integrations.
• Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and improving processes from scratch.
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
