We are in search of a Senior Key Account Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in taking ownership of strategic, high-value client relationships, ensuring our customers gain maximum value from our smart locker solutions while driving long-term satisfaction and account growth.

In Short

  • Manage and nurture relationships with Bloq.it’s key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new strategic clients, ensuring a seamless implementation and adoption of our smart locker solutions.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor account health, anticipate client needs, and proactively resolve any challenges or concerns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, offering strategic guidance on best practices and continuous optimization of our solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Bloq.it, advocating for enhancements in product and process to better serve our key accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a key account management, customer success, or related customer-facing role, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large or strategically important accounts, driving retention and growth.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams (software/hardware) to address client needs and product improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to anticipate account challenges and proactively propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both executive-level stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
