We are in search of a Data Analyst to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in designing and maintaining dashboards, responding to ad-hoc data requests, and collaborating with colleagues to continually elevate Bloq.it’s support processes.

In Short

• Build real-time and periodic reporting tools to track ticket volumes, SLA adherence, and operational KPIs;
• Investigate spikes in issues, unusual trends, or client-specific concerns and produce clear, concise findings;
• Collaborate with the Tooling Specialist to ensure accurate data flow from various systems;
• Present actionable recommendations to the Intelligence Team Lead and other stakeholders;
• Prepare periodic business review reports and performance summaries for customers, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data manipulation (SQL, Python, etc.);
• Ability to dissect complex data sets and identify root causes behind trends;
• Capable of explaining technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with support managers, tool specialists, and engineering teams;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
