We are looking for a strategic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team to ensure our customers realize value from our products and services.

In Short

  • Develop consultative relationships with customers.
  • Proactively assess customer account health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate the transition from Onboarding to Customer Success.
  • Work with Sales to identify Customer Success Qualified Leads.
  • Manage escalations and serve as the central communication point for customers.
  • Identify red flags and risks for escalation.
  • Develop and manage customer success plans and goals.
  • Conduct business reviews with customer leadership.
  • Be the voice of the customer for internal recommendations.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience/Success in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel between Canada and the USA.
  • Adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Desire for learning and leadership development.
