Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will be part of a North America Customer Success Team, working to onboard and support customers in using the Wrike platform effectively.

In Short

  • Proactively onboard new customers and understand their use cases.
  • Lead training sessions on Wrike features.
  • Monitor account metrics and reach out to at-risk accounts.
  • Use consulting skills to help customers unlock value from Wrike.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to assess customer progress.
  • Run periodic health checks of customers’ Wrike workspaces.
  • Collaborate with account management for up-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer feedback with Product Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate about teaching and training others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great people skills and ability to connect with clients.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing, IT, PMO, and Professional Services.
  • Able to build strong relationships with diverse clients.
  • Knowledgeable in project management and change management.
