Requirements

  • Passionate about languages and accessibility.
  • Fluent in Japanese and strong English skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management.
  • Ability to understand user feedback and drive positive outcomes.
  • Comfortable with virtual communication.
  • High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and professionalism.
  • Experience building relationships virtually.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
