Overview

Join Wordly's fast growing global team! The Sales Account Executive, JAPAN will work closely with our executive team and other leaders in our sales & marketing organization.

In Short

  • Follow-up on in-bound leads from marketing programs and trade shows
  • Identify potential customers and set sales strategies
  • Respond to RFPs
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Get customer feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement
  • Travel if needed to marketing events to assist in trade show booth activities
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrate and communicate the Wordly value proposition
  • Collaborate with Wordly leadership to identify potential marketing assisted sales campaigns

Requirements

  • Located in Japan
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience qualifying and closing deals
  • Experience selling technology solutions
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office or GSuite
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent collaborator with the skills needed to engage across multiple teams
