Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers fully understand and utilize the Suger platform, providing training, support, and addressing customer issues while advocating for product development based on customer feedback.

  • 2+ years of experience in client support.

  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
