Overview

The Customer Success Manager will guide customers through an environmental sustainability digital transformation, driving business and technical value while ensuring effective onboarding and user adoption of the Persefoni platform.

In Short

  • Lead customer onboarding and adoption of the Persefoni platform.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and education for product adoption.
  • Support customers in navigating carbon accounting requirements.
  • Identify and manage risks throughout the customer journey.
  • Turn successful customers into advocates.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Help organizations improve data processes and automation.
  • Stay updated on new modules/features of the Persefoni platform.

Requirements

  • Experience in ESG performance or sustainability management.
  • CSM or Account Management experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team.
  • Experience working with various seniority levels.
  • Technical training and adoption experience.
  • Ability to navigate challenging conversations.
  • Experience with Customer Success Software is a plus.
