Overview

The Account Director – Japan will be responsible for growing and retaining annual recurring revenue (ARR) through a combination of building relationships with prospective customers, selling and closing new platform subscriptions, successfully working with customers for platform onboarding, and retaining customers through excellent account management and renewal subscriptions in the Japan market.

  • Primary point of contact for account activities including prospecting and closing sales.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM with sales lifecycle information.
  • Provide feedback for platform feature consideration.
  • Organize and execute required paperwork for subscriptions.

Requirements

  • At least five years of solutions sales experience.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited institution.
  • Expertise in positioning value based on customer needs.
  • Ability to manage relationships with individuals at all levels.
