In Short

  • Strategically manage the sales process from the first contact to negotiating and closing contracts
  • Discover sales leads through regular email and phone prospecting
  • Develop relationships with health insurance brokers and decision-makers
  • Consult partner companies on the value of investing in employee emotional well-being
  • Conduct product demos and close deals
  • Advocate for the customer by providing feedback to Product and Operations teams
  • Create reliable sales forecasts and strive to exceed sales targets
  • Open up new industries and geographic markets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Experience with consultative selling and The Challenger Sale model
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting and closing new business
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Familiarity with the health insurance landscape
