Overview

MealSuite is seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to enhance operational effectiveness through various business applications utilized by MealSuite.

In Short

• Implement process improvements, automations, and workflow efficiencies.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement changes.
• Administer the day-to-day operational function of business systems.
• Process team member requests for Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and upgrades.
• Provide system troubleshooting and assistance to team members.
• Maintain process/workflow documentation.
• Work autonomously while engaging with colleagues as needed.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with other business systems like ZenDesk, Gainsight, etc.
• Analytical mindset with proactive troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively.
• Valid passport for occasional travel between Canada and the USA.
• Experience in a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Willingness to learn and express ideas.
