Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive go-to-market operations that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven, enabling high-quality early education for every child.

In Short

  • Design, build, and improve systems and processes for sales and customer success teams.
  • Act as a lead administrator on Salesforce and manage integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve business and operational problems.
  • Audit and identify data integrity issues, developing automated solutions.
  • Own documentation and training materials for Salesforce processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales or revenue operations, with 3+ years in Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with systems and tools for sales, marketing, and customer operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce’s declarative capabilities.
  • Development experience with Apex is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver with project management skills.
  • Deep analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
