Overview

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Brightwheel, you will own the tools, data, and processes that drive marketing campaigns, ensuring smarter and faster growth in reaching educators and families.

In Short

  • Own and optimize Brightwheel’s marketing technology stack.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows for lead management and campaign tracking.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Lifecycle, and Sales Ops for smooth handoffs.
  • Develop dashboards measuring marketing performance and ROI.
  • Drive data quality initiatives and establish governance best practices.
  • Align technical infrastructure with SysOps and Data teams.
  • Lead quarterly planning and goal-setting processes.
  • Support campaign execution through documentation and scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of total experience, including 3+ years in Marketing Operations for B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, especially HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience implementing data flows and attribution models.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with BI tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
