Overview

The Sales Operations Compensation and Planning Analyst will build and maintain compensation and quota models to ensure smooth operations in a growing company focused on early education.

In Short

  • Build and maintain compensation plan models.
  • Develop quota-setting methodology and run scenario modeling.
  • Maintain rolling headcount models and produce hiring forecasts.
  • Drive annual planning and translate targets into comp implications.
  • Own month-end reporting and recommend corrective actions.
  • Design SPIFs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Document comp reporting and audit controls.
  • Partner with IT to automate tasks and improve data flows.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations or Finance in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with compensation and quota models.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Fluency in SQL and experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with executive presentations.
  • Attention to detail with a control-minded approach.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with compensation platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with headcount modeling is a plus.
  • Understanding of forecast accuracy metrics is a plus.
