Overview

The Global Incentive Compensation Analyst on the Plan Operations team is responsible for providing key operational support for Salesforce’s Worldwide Sales Incentives program, ensuring accurate employee compensation information and delivering process improvements.

• Process and distribute incentive compensation plan documents for sales employees.
• Collaborate with business partners for accurate compensation information.

• Partner with Global Sales Compensation Administration team.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Sales Compensation/Sales Operations.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience in delivering process improvements.
• Ability to manage programs and processes globally.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Experience meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
