Overview

The Named Account Executive for Healthcare will focus on driving growth within the Public Health sector in Western Canada, engaging with key stakeholders and managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

In Short

  • Sell into new and existing accounts within Western Canada.
  • Focus on the Public Health Industry, including Provincial Health Authorities.
  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Perform account planning and strategy development.
  • Manage renewals for existing customers.
  • Work collaboratively with a matrixed team of sellers.
  • Leverage Salesforce's value proposition for customer growth.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience in the Healthcare sector, specifically in Public Health.
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite decision makers.
  • Experience in account planning and management.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and services is a plus.
