Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Sales Compensation Analyst with expertise in Varicent to support and optimize sales compensation processes, ensuring accurate and efficient commission processing.

In Short

• Build and maintain sales compensation plans within Varicent.
• Manage data flow between CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP/Workday/NetSuite), and HRIS.
• Troubleshoot and fix errors in commission calculations.
• Streamline and simplify compensation processes.
• Develop compensation reports and dashboards.
• Work with IT teams to improve automation and integrations.
• Support Finance and Sales Operations teams with analysis and issue resolution.
• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience in sales plan configuration and data processing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
