• Own and optimize the Marketing Operations engine.
• Lead everything from lead capture to data hygiene and attribution.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering for deeper builds.
• Use HubSpot for data quality and reporting.
• Monitor and improve speed-to-lead metrics.
• Operationalize attribution with HubSpot and HockeyStack.
• Diagnose funnel performance for improvements.
• Support campaign operations at scale.
• Maintain dashboards and document processes.
• Be part of a high-impact RevOps team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Marketing Operations at a fast-growing B2B company.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Experience with multi-product tracking and campaign hierarchy.
• Proficiency in data analysis (Sheets/Excel; BI/SQL & Snowflake a plus).
• Solid understanding of digital and email marketing operations.
• Project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Sharp prioritization and problem-solving under pressure.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
