Finance Business Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

This role supports various finance ERP and reporting applications including configuration, maintenance, administration, and process documentation.

In Short

• Administering, configuring, and providing end user support for finance system ERP applications and reporting tools
• Be a power user / highly proficient user of our financial systems
• Help to streamline finance processes
• Develop and maintain system process documentation
• Participate in scheduled system upgrades
• Be a change advocate for modernization of technologies and processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Experience with configuration and maintenance of a top tier ERP system
• Understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
• Functional experience in maintaining financial reporting systems
• Experience with BI tools required
• SQL query knowledge is strongly preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues
