Finance Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Finance Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Netsuite ERP and other financial systems.

In Short

• Serve as the first line of defense for financial systems.
• Handle basic administrative functions including user maintenance and report generation.
• Gather detailed change requests for system improvements.
• Create saved searches and reports for users within NetSuite.
• Automate processes using Netsuite tools.
• Assist in managing system integrations.
• Train new users on Netsuite.
• Document financial system policies and procedures.
• Support end user requirements and reporting requests.
• Participate in testing for system implementations.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years NetSuite administration experience.
• Experience in a finance systems role.
• Familiarity with accounting and finance terms.
• Understanding of financial processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage tight workloads and deadlines.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
