Finance Systems Administrator III - Remote

Overview

The Finance Systems Administrator III plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of Qualtrics' financial systems. It has a primary focus on the administration of Coupa and Concur. This position is essential for aligning our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), expense tracking, and procure-to-pay systems with strategic organizational objectives. Under IT Systems, you will collaborate closely with the global teams to drive impactful enhancements that support overall financial strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance systems administration.
• Expertise in Coupa and/or Concur platforms.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Stripe preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and decision-making ability.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
