Overview

MealSuite is a privately owned SaaS organization comprising 190+ team members across the globe, with hub locations in Cambridge, ON, Canada, Dallas, TX, USA, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are looking for a dynamic POS Deployment Specialist who enjoys traveling to join our Customer Experience team.

In Short

• Lead On-Site Deployments – Work with new customers to implement MealSuite hardware, train on POS functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Implementation Specialists during project kickoff and planning calls.
• Drive Seamless Implementations – Coordinate with internal stakeholders for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Enhance Tools & Processes – Contribute to the development of scalable tools and systems.
• Evolve Training Materials – Work with the Manager to enhance training content.
• Educate & Empower – Guide customers through MealSuite’s toolkit and best practices.

Requirements

• Knowledge of deploying POS systems.
• Experience in the SaaS industry (nice to have).
• Direct experience with MealSuite products (nice to have).
• Project management experience (nice to have).
• Experience with tools and technology related to POS systems.
• Familiarity with implementation best practices.
• Exceptional at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel up to 80% of the time across the US.
