• Partner with Quality and Operational Leadership to develop a comprehensive Quality Management framework.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and report on quality framework deployment progress.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures.
• Standardise processes to drive consistency and performance.
• Gather and analyze end-user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Track and act on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Provide training and support for adherence to the quality framework.
• Foster a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University Graduates / Post-Graduates with 5-7 years of experience in quality management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional understanding of Six Sigma and other quality management systems.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Proven history in conducting audits and inspections.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
