Overview

This role involves supporting the recruiting team by sourcing and assessing candidates to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing.
• Proven track record of successful hires.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
• A desire to network and engage with candidates.
• Ability to present the company positively to candidates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with ATS, specifically Workday.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
