Overview

The Director of Private Equity and Mega Accounts Strategy & Operations will support key objectives for ServiceTitan, focusing on our largest customers and enhancing enterprise sales strategies.

• Coordinate mega demos and sales presentations.
• Monitor mega account pursuits for compliance and completion.
• Manage relationships with private equity firms.

• Oversee the rollout of the mega enterprise package.
• Gather weekly updates on new logo acquisitions.
• Organize city visits to strengthen client relationships.
• Plan and execute the PE Symposium and field marketing events.
• Coordinate Executive Business Reviews with private equity firms.
• Maintain understanding of account assignments and top account lists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional job.
• Availability to travel.
• Experience in a strategic operations role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decisions.
