Quality Management Intern - Remote

Overview

The Quality Intern role will support the international roll-out of cancer imaging agents and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) through effective document management.

In Short

• Support document management within the Telix QMS using Master Control.
• Manage key GMP documents to ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Coordinate document uploads and approvals with business partners.
• Develop and utilize advanced search functionalities for document retrieval.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of documents.
• Solicit feedback from users to improve document usability.
• Interface with QA, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs staff.
• Report weekly progress and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Enhance document management processes through continuous improvement.
• Work in a supportive team environment focused on improving patient lives.

Requirements

• Currently completing an Undergraduate Degree/Pharmacy Program.
• Majoring in STEM preferred (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Statistics).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools (PP, XL, Visio).
• Experience with COTS IT tools (e.g., SAP, Databases).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to meet tight timelines and adapt to changing deliverables.
