• Maintain and execute Test Case Suites for software regression testing.
• Participate in development team backlog planning.
• Plan and update Test Suites based on development cycles.
• Collaborate with Software Quality Specialists.
• Oversee diverse data sets for QA testing.
• Process customer data conversion verification.
• Assist in product update file production.
• Execute database merge processes.
• Mentor new Quality Management Analysts.

Requirements

• A two- or four-year degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal tools.
