The Clinical Quality Management Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the development and maintenance of a high-performing quality provider network by engaging with healthcare providers to promote quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• RN with 3 years of clinical experience or LPN with 5 years of clinical experience.
• Previous experience in quality programs or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Clinical data abstraction experience preferred.
• Billing and CPT II coding experience preferred.
• EMR analyst experience preferred.
• Provider-facing clinical quality improvement experience preferred.
