Overview

The Clinical Quality Manager is responsible for the organization, development, and monitoring of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program for Interim Healthcare, aimed at supporting compliance, outcomes, and quality improvement for Home Care.

In Short

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Primarily in-office with potential for hybrid remote work after training.
  • Annual salary range of $89,190 - $106,350.
  • Responsibilities include managing QAPI programs and compliance.
  • Requires licensed clinician status (RN, PT, ST, OT).
  • Must have at least three years of home health care experience.
  • Experience with OASIS assessments is necessary.
  • Training and staff education on QAPI programs.

Requirements

  • Licensed clinician - Registered Nurse (Bachelor’s preferred), Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.
  • Graduate of an accredited school for applicable discipline.
  • Active and in good standing license in practicing state(s).
  • Minimum of three years of home health care experience.
  • Knowledge of performance improvement activities preferred.
  • Current certification as an Oasis Clinical Specialist or willingness to obtain.
