Overview

The Clinical Quality Manager for Home Care is responsible for the organization, development, monitoring, and management of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to support compliance, outcomes, and quality improvement for Home Care patients.

  • Annual salary range of $89,190 - $106,350.

Requirements

  • Licensed clinician - RN, PT, ST, or OT.
  • Graduate of an accredited school.
  • Active and good standing license.
  • At least 3 years of home health care experience.
  • Knowledge of OASIS assessments.
  • Experience in performance improvement preferred.
  • Current certification as an Oasis Clinical Specialist preferred.
