In Short

  • Lead various clinical priorities from inception to implementation.
  • Drive execution of projects, including program and change management.
  • Design and conduct experiments to optimize clinical operations.
  • Develop and manage KPIs/SLAs for clinical performance measurement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute priorities effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of healthcare consulting experience.
  • 2+ years of operating experience in health tech or innovative healthcare services.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and leadership.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
