As a Director of Network Success, you will lead the growth and scaling of our Territory Management team, overseeing the success of our network management function and driving strategy and operational excellence.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with provider groups.
  • Understand provider needs and align services accordingly.
  • Develop strategies for revenue growth and retention.
  • Focus on renewing and retaining high-value provider accounts.
  • Establish team goals and action plans.
  • Drive efficiency and ensure high-quality client service.
  • Collaborate with member services and claims.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers.
  • Advocate for process improvements internally.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 15+ years relevant experience.
  • Industry experience preferred (COE's, Provider Networks).
  • Track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
